On August 16th, 2010 the Environmental Improvement Board will continue hearings on the Petition to cap emissions at the PERA Building located at 33 Plaza La Prensa in Santa Fe. We need your help and would like you to speak at the hearings about why YOU feel that NM should lead the way in solving climate change!
Directions to the Public Employees Retirement Association (PERA) Building, 33 Plaza La Prensa: Heading South from Santa Fe toward Albuquerque on I-25, Merge onto Cerrillos Rd./NM-14 N via exit 278B. UPDATE: On Monday June 7, In a unanimous decision, the New Mexico Supreme Court gave the green light for New Energy Economy’s Petition to cap greenhouse gas pollution to proceed.
